On a very selective basis, Kosmo will enter into international development agreements with parties who share our values and who are interested in bringing the Kosmo brand to new markets.

We will consider partnering up with companies that:

• are experienced and have a track record in operating a large-scale food & beverage chain business;
• have access to high-traffic "AAA" real-estate locations in the target market;
• are experienced in marketing new brands;
• are experienced in the creation of a supply and distribution network in the target market;
• have access to sufficient capital and resources to develop at least thirty (30) Kosmo wellness café outlets; and
• share our values, corporate culture, and business philosophy.
